TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL- Today I'm wearing my new a line skirt from Topshop which you can find here! I absolutely adore the pretty flowered mesh design which creates a flirty and feminine mood to the look. It's a new beginning regarding my love for midi skirts. The length is so practical and erases any anxiety you may have of those blushing red moments of your skirt blowing up. Who knows with this unpredictable weather. This new trend of umbrella style skirts flatters various body shapes as it does wonders for emphasizing your waist. This particular skirt really caught my eye as you can still wear it mid length and show some leg with the clever shorter underlay. I gave this romantic skirt a twist by pairing it with my Rugby Ralph Lauren oxford shirt. The striped silk collar creates an American, preppy touch. To tie in the striped burgundy on my shirt collar, I matched it with my Zara heels, it's most important to pay attention to fine details in every look. If I ever struggle to find a matching bag with my outfits, my Perspex bag is a quick and simple solution.. it goes with everything!

I've been following Stone Cold Fox on instagram for quite some time now. It's an amazing clothing label that combines luxurious silks with vintage lace to produce original, strikingly beautiful apparel. The simplicity of their designs echoes romance and boho. Ranging from floaty florals, layered ruffles, and delicate chiffon it's the perfect way to stay cool and sweet this season. Heavenly greek goddesses will be my style inspiration this summer.. :D What's yours?

INSPIRATION

It's really strange that I've recently became addicted to looking at tattoos. Never have I ever been the type of person interested in getting inked. I think I'm just going through a phase and it'll pass. At the moment I really love the idea of small delicate writing on my side (under my arm) or under my breast. I once had a henna of three swallows under my breast, I loved it while it lasted. It's something I'll really have to think long and hard over before making any decisions. What do you think?

I think we can finally say that England's summer has arrived. Better late than never I suppose. I took advantage and decided to sunbathe on my day off, and of course I got burnt. I hate having such fair skin, makes the whole tanning process a lot longer..

Todays outfit is really laid-back and casual. This black off the shoulder top from Asos is so simple, easy to wear and sexy. You can find it here
Sometimes you can never feel better than the way you do in a good pair of jeans! I rarely wear jeans so when I do, it feels quite special. I don't look at them as my everyday apparel, I enjoy mixing up the bottom half of my outfits with skirts, trousers, shorts etc. I do love the ripped, distressed style of this denim, best option for a chilled, effortless look.

MONOCHROME

Monochrome is one of the hottest trends this summer 2013 and you simply can't go wrong with wearing black and white! The basic palette brings sophistication and chic-ness to your look. Make a trendy statement by adding a pop colour or go for some graphic monochrome prints to be bold.
I got this Perspex cluch from The Opening Ceremony store in Covent Garden. It's one of the best shops I've ever step foot in, but a little expensive to go crazy spending.
Some of you may have noticed I very rarely wear silver. Most of my jewellery and accessories are gold, so I was thrilled when I found these Zara heels with the gold heel.
 1 week Countdown to my Birthday begins.. How exciting!! :D

Selfridges Fashion Show

 Selfridges Fashion Show

This morning I took part in the Selfridges fashion show wearing a Preen blouse and skirt, and Rupert Sanderson heels. I love the bright, bold colours of the floral print. The hot  colours clash yet work so well against each other; especially adjacent to the fuchsia pink cut away heels and cobalt blue hand-bag. My make-up was done by MAC, they gave me a fresh face, beautiful purple/pink eyes with pink lipstick. It went perfectly with my outfit. It was a complete shock at first seeing myself all made up as I never wear an excessive amount of make-up, and believe it or not, I've never worn foundation. I feel it's way to heavy on my face and clogs up my skin, but I'm glad I tried it out.

Life is a maze- Love is a riddle

A couple new pieces in todays outfit. These python faux leather shorts are from Zara at only £29.99. I've been after a pair of tan shorts for a while so it was definitely a great purchase! I bought these tan suede shoe boots yesterday from Aldo £85. You really can't go wrong with tan as the tone goes with everything, so it's worth having plenty of this colour stocked up in your wardrobe! Since working down Oxford Street I'm surrounded by shops, I think I've come away every week with a new pair of heels :/ I'm wearing my H&M coat again as it's so light and suitable to wear in this weather. I'm enjoying the sunshine so much in London at the moment but there's still a slight chill to the air so this jacket does the job.

Rupert Sanderson Sample Sale

These are my new Rupert Sanderson shoes which I got at the sample sale last Thursday! Whilst juggling six boxes of shoes, these were the ones that really stood out to me! I did sit and think do I really need another pair of black heels but then again.. You can never have too many! One thing I love about Rupert Sanderson heels is the shape of the heel. The simplicity of the open toe suede heel design makes them a classic shoe to wear with absolutely anything. And with the additional special detail of the two leather strips, my happy feet will be dancing in the street!
