COSY KNIT + FRINGING

 

Today I couldn't resist any longer, my jumper dress from H&M was coming out my wardrobe! Although it was like 17 degrees outside, it is still grey and wet! I endured the wet look today, I didn't have an umbrella and not once did it stop raining all day. Lucky me! You'd think being British I'd learn by now about the ever-changing weather! NO.
I love this jumper so much, it's comfy, slouchy and cosy, everything you hope a jumper could be! It looks great pulled in with a belt or just tucked into trousers to give it some shape and form! The tones in this outfit are very neutral, I teamed the jumper with khaki jeans and black accessories! I love this Karen Millen fringed back, it gave the outfit a biker edge with my black boots from Topshop.
Today I went shopping down Tottenham Court Road where a new Primark has been opened. I'm not the biggest fan of Primark; overly packed, getting barged by people, clothes flung here and there, however this one wasn't half as bad! I bought a few nice things which I'll show you in a post this weekend.

TODAY'S OUTFIT# ARMY/ SEQUINS

Hey Lovelies! My favourite piece from this outfit has to be my sequin skirt from Mango! A sequin skirt is often worn dressed up but today I thought I'd dress it down with a simple knitted jumper from H&M (new) and my khaki jacket from Tophsop (old). It's getting even more colder in London and the weather has made a turn for the worse! It's hard to find a time to go out when it's not a monsoon! I accessorised this outfit with my H&M necklace which I turned back to front to display the gold chains (two necklaces in one!) Also my nude clutch from Aldo ties all the pieces nicely together with the subtle natural tone. Thought I'd show you how my leopard heels look together with an outfit. The khaki army jacket matches the leopard really well!

OUTFIT/ LFW

 

LAST DAY/LFW: I really would have loved to attend more shows at LFW but there's always next year to prepare for! In today's outfit I wore H&M transparent shirt and fitted leggings. This royal blue waistcoat is a item from my Nan's wardrobe which looked great against the black. I also had a bit of bling under the shirt with my sequined bra which added a nice touch to the overall look. My feet hurt so much from walking around in heels constantly for two days, I don't know how these fashionista's do it!

LFW- Monday 17th Sept 12

1.) This is an outfit I put together for my best friend, its fun and feminine and I think she looked so great! Model in the making!
2.) This was one of my favourite looks from the day! This girls wasn't difficult to spot with her H&M neon dress. Neon brights are still very much in trend and she pulls it off effortlessly with some black ankle boots and earrings.
These are looks that really stood out to me at LFW, each had their own individual look and had amazing attention to detail which I think is very important!

I had the most amazing day yesterday! Me and my friend were lucky enough to win front seat tickets to a catwalk show which was so unexpected! The Das Spring/Summer collection fuses Middle Eastern and Indian style to create rich, warm, extravagantly textured fabrics and an embroidered collection. Each of the pieces were absolutely stunning to look at! Turned out to be an greatt day!

FASHIONISTA IN THE MAKING- TAYLOR GYMER

 

Hii Bloggers,
As you can see I've made a few changes to my blog, theres still a lot of room for improvement but I've changed my blog title to Taylor Gymer as I feel it was a bit more professional and sophisticated.
LFW- Anyway today I went along to Somerset House where London Fashion Week is being held. I had such an amazing day taking pictures of inspiring street style which pictures are to be uploaded tomorrow. Also I saw the imaculate Olivia Palermo, one of my biggest style icons. I was completely starstruck she looked beautiful!
Todays outfit consists of my Zara snakeskin palazzo trousers which I got in the sale for just £15 and have been dying to wear. I opted for a yellow/lime green Zara top to add a touch of colour. This black looped knit from river island (old) added some texture and form to the overall look.

RED WINE

Hey Guys! Coloured jeans are still quite in trend at the moment so I thought I'd dig out my dark red jeans from quite a few years ago now. I wore this lace long sleeved top to achieve a pretty feminie look to contrast the edge the jeans create. This cute boucle jacket pulled the outfit nicely together and gives it a tailored, sophisticated approach! A simple and achievable everyday outfit! Hope you like!
